    Your Suzuki outboard’s serial number is usually found on a metal identification plate located on the mounting bracket (transom bracket) of the engine. It’s typically on the port (left) side when you’re facing the rear of the boat.

    Look for a small, rectangular plate that includes:

    Model Number (e.g. DF100ATL)

    Serial Number (this is what we need)

    Within 30 days of your claim being submitted.

    Terms and Conditions

    • Offer available with the purchase of a new Suzuki Marine Outboard between 1st June and 31st August 2025, from an authorised Suzuki dealer in the UK.
    • Only one care pack may be claimed per qualifying outboard.
    • Outboard serial number is required when submitting your claim.
    • Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Products are issued based on outboard size, 
    • Outboard size and corresponding products:
    • 5hp – 90hp:
      • Lifejacket Skincare Kit (SPF30 Sun Gel & SPF50+ Mineral Sun Stick)
    • 100hp – 200hp:
      • Lifejacket Skincare Kit
      • Mustang Survival Lifejacket
    • 200hp – 350hp:
      • Lifejacket Skincare Kit
      • Mustang Survival Lifejacket
      • Exposure Marine Headtorch
    • Care pack items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, Suzuki reserves the right to substitute with a product of equal value.
    • Delivery will be made to the address provided on the online claim form. Please allow up to 30 days.
    • Items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
    • By submitting a claim, you consent to your details being shared with Suzuki’s fulfilment partner for delivery purposes.
    • Suzuki reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
